Business background

In 1989, Kelly entered the title insurance industry in Orange County California. While there, she performed customer service tasks such as title searching, opening title orders, preparing legal documents and notary services. From there she proceeded to an "Escrow" company. Some of daily tasks as an Escrow Officer included; preparing closing documents including HUD statements and warranty deeds, ordering loan payoff statements, opening title and verifying title history, reconciliation of trust accounts with over $1 million dollar balances, verification of title recordings, etc.  From there Kelly came back to Kenosha and worked as a realtor assistant and then obtained her realtor license. For the past nine years Kelly has successfully helped literally hundreds of people buy and sell homes throughout the greater Kenosha and Racine areas.
