Looking at comparable homes in the area, researching the history of the home, how long it's been on the market, what the current owner paid for the home, what improvements they have made, are all bits of information I give you to allow you to make an educated offer.

Having lived in Kenosha over 30 years gives me a step above the rest since I know the area, the people, the schools, etc. I have a degree in Marketing from UW Whitewater. My sales experience exceeds 15 years. I am connected in the community through BNI, a business networking group, church, First Assembly and Kenosha Bible, and sports, softball, volley ball and a REC PLEX member. I am a mother of 3 girls volunteering when I can in their schools.
